Technical & LMS Login Help

Having trouble logging in or accessing your course materials? Our tech team can help you with:

  • LMS login/password reset
  • Accessing course pages or uploaded files
  • Audio/video issues during live sessions
  • Browser or device compatibility

Live Class Access (MS Teams)

Classes are run online via Microsoft Teams. Your invite link is usually emailed 24–48 hours before the session and also visible inside your LMS calendar.

  1. Open the LMS calendar and select your upcoming class.
  2. Click the “Join via Teams” link at the scheduled time.
  3. Allow camera/microphone permissions when prompted.

If your link is missing or doesn’t work, contact Tech Support and include your full name, course, and class date.

Urgent Assistance

If your class is live now and you cannot join or hear, try the steps below:

  • Refresh the page or quit/reopen the Teams app
  • Use a different browser (Chrome/Edge) or device if possible
  • Disable VPNs/ad-blockers temporarily
  • Restart your modem if your connection is unstable
